Many got disappointed including the business and other sectors.
It was in the year 1986 when People Power took place which led to the installation of President Cory Aquino. It also marked the end of the dictatorship of former president Ferdinand Marcos who had been in office for 20 years.

In the “Madlang Pi-Poll” game segment of the Kapamilya noontime show, Tuesday answered the question of whether she agreed to subject Metro Manila to GCQ again.
She said: “Siguro magyi-yes ako kung may mas konkretong plano, yung hindi ura-uradang pabalik-balik na parang, ECQ, MECQ, GCQ, parang paganun-ganun minsan,” the singer-comedienne said.
