LUIS MANZANO – The actor-host reacted to bashing he’s a member of the LGBT community.

Luis Philippe Santos Manzano who is popularly known as Lucky, is a TV host, actor, comedian, VJ, and model. He is the son of actors Edu Manzano and Vilma Santos.

Manzano started his career as a commercial model for the clothing brand, “Human”.

He later pursued a TV hosting and acting career. He is known to be one of the longest-serving VJ on the Myx channel with Iya Villania.

He also starred in the television series Komiks Presents: Flash Bomba and in the 2009 film In My Life, where he portrayed a h*m*s*x*al man and starred alongside his mother, Vilma Santos.

It was in June 2016 when he and his wife Jessy Mendiola began dating. They got engaged in December 2020 and tied the knot the following year.

In an interview with talent manager and vlogger Ogie Diaz, Luis reacted to the bashing that he’s a member of the LGBT community.

According to him, he was often called gay when he was young.

Meanwhile, June marks Pride Month. Members of the LGBT community are given recognition as well as giving emphasis on gender equality.
