The World Between Us Finale to Air this Week
THE WORLD BETWEEN US FINALE – The hit GMA-7 television series starring Alden Richards, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, and Tom Rodriguez is on its final week.
The World Between Us gave Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Alden Richards, and Tom Rodriguez a lot of “first times”. They played the characters of Lia Libradilla, Louie Asuncion, and Brian Libradilla.
Jasmine who plays Emilia “Lia” Libradilla in the show stood for the character of a girl who has a passion for arts. Growing up, she has been safeguarded by her mother from whoever or whatever might taint her bright future as she hones her to be their family company’s next CEO.
Tom plays Brian Libradilla in the show. Growing up, he was always searching for a great love from their mother, Rachelle (Dina Bonnevie), but he was not aware that he was not a biological son of the Libradilla matriarch. He is the son of his father with a waitress in a bar – who, later, employed as their housemaid.
Alden plays Luisito “Louie” Asuncion in The World Between Us play the character of a tech-genius boy who lost his mother, his only companion, at a young age. Rachelle Libradilla welcomed him into their home and helped him in his education.
Growing up, Brian, Lia, and Louie were very close like siblings. However, Brian developed envy towards Louie with the praises he got from Rachelle. Louie and Lia fell in love with each other but there were a lot of hindrances.
Rachelle objected to the relationship between Louie and Lia because of their young age. She brought her abroad and the two lost contact for a few years. The genius boy is already an excellent engineer when they came back.
Louie did everything to win Lia back. However, there were a lot of twists and turns just when they were about to get married. He was plotted by Brian and Eric, the character played by Sid Lucero who is in love with Lia. He got imprisoned as he was blamed for Rachelle’s death.
Now, the truth is out that Louie is innocent. He got an excellent career and Lia now knows his innocence. The World Between Us finale will air this week and the “Betweeners” are excited over what might happen next.
