She said: “Ewan ko Salve pero naawa naman ako kay Mayor Isko Moreno kung siya iyon Mayor na pinatatamaan ni Papa Digong.”

On Monday, the president announced that a mayor in Metro Manila would not be given the power to distribute aid amid the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).

He even called him a “call boy” and also mentioned that a controversial picture of him is spreading online particularly on the social networking site, Facebook.

Even though he didn’t name it, many immediately got that it’s being addressed to Yorme Isko Moreno.

Lolit Solis eventually made her reaction via a lengthy post on her Instagram page.

According to her, whatever the politician has done during his stint as an artist, has nothing to do with his work as a mayor now.

She noted that the public already knows what Yorme’s life was like before he entered public service.

She further stressed that it was not an obstacle in serving his countrymen.

In the last part of her post which was also reported by Bandera, Lolit Solis said that it is not good to throw personal jokes at Yorme as a political tactic.

Meanwhile, Isko Moreno, whose real name is Francisco Moreno Domagoso, is one of the leading names who is said to be running for president in the 2022 elections.

Isko started his career as a matinee idol and later on ventured into politics and was elected as 22nd mayor of Manila City in 2019.

On the other hand, Presidential daughter Sara Duterte, boxing champ-senator Manny Pacquiao and Senator Ping Lacson are as well said to be running the highest post in the country in the upcoming polls.
