Here’s the tribute of Aiko Melendez to her stepfather
Aiko Melendez took to social media wherein she paid a tribute to her stepfather who died due to COVID-19.
In a lengthy caption on her post, she noted that the passing of her stepdad Dan Castañeda has taught her so many things in life.
She was six-years-old when her step father and her mom Elsie Castañeda got married.

Meanwhile, some artists poured their condolences on Aiko following the news that her stepfather had passed away.
“My deepest condolences @aikomelendez. Mahigpit na yakap Sis,” Katrina Halili said.
“Hugging you now gf. Condolence again,” Carmina Villaroel noted.
Regine Angeles on the other hand commented: “So sorry for your loss, Ate. May he rest in peace.”

Aiko’s biological dad, actor Jimi Jimenez, passed away in 1997.
