Leon Barretto: ” I also miss my Dad but time heals all wounds”
LEON BARRETTO – The son of Marjorie Barretto and Dennis Padilla admitted that he’s open to reconciliation with his father.
It can be recalled that it was in June this year when Leon took to social media wherein he begged his father to stop “publicly shaming” his siblings. This was after Dennis expressed his disappointment on Instagram after his children, Julia and Claudia, as well as Leon, failed to greet him on Father’s Day.
After seeing his father’s IG posts, Leon begged his father to stop publicly shaming his siblings because his sisters, especially Julia, were being bashed and affected. The tension between Dennis and the children of Marjorie rise following the interview of Julia with Karen Davila thru a YouTube vlog.
Meanwhile, in an interview according to Bandera, Leon said that he’s open to settle issues between them and their father. “Of course, in God’s perfect timing. I’m for peace naman, I really trust in God’s timing talaga. I keep emphasizing that kasi importante talaga yun. Time lang talaga,” he said.
He added: “For me naman, I also miss my Dad but time heals all wounds. At the end of the day, ang importante lang talaga, when we reunite peacefully na. God’s perfect timing but I’m really open to reconciliation and peace with my father.”
Leon Barretto still believes that it is better to discuss family problems in private. Dennis Padilla has yet to issue any statement on the message of Leon. Previously, he made a buzz online after revealing that Karen Davila has yet to interview him.
