IVANA ALAWI – The Kapamilya actress-vlogger is being linked to Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez.
The mayor of Bacolod City is currently being linked to the popular daring actress. This speculation began after they were spotted together at the airport while traveling to Japan. Mayor Albee, however, clarified that he and his wife have been separated for several years, having obtained a dissolution in court. When asked about the duration of their separation, he confirmed that they had not been a couple for several years.
Nikki, who is the mother of Mayor Javi Benitez of Victorias City, has responded officially to her husband’s statement indicating a separation between them. In a statement relayed to PEP.ph via text message by Mayor Javi, Nikki clarified that there have been no discussions between them about separation or annulment.
She expressed surprise at the quotes attributed to her husband in the media, emphasizing that they have lived together under one roof for 31 years and have upheld family unity through life’s challenges. Additionally, Nikki affirmed her unwavering commitment to handling their personal matters with dignity and respect. She underscored her focus on shielding their children from any emotional distress arising from the situation.
Meanwhile, the woman being linked to Mayor Albee Benitez is Kapamilya actress-vlogger Ivana Alawi. To recall, Ivana revealed that she has a non-showbiz boyfriend, however, she hasn’t provided any details about the guy. Ogie says it would be best if Ivana addresses this. He mentioned that aside from Japan, there have been sightings of the two in Baguio, and Ivana herself reportedly went to Bacolod.
“Mahirap namang husgahan natin si Ivana, so dapat si Ivana rin ang sumagot niyan, kung paano niya lilinawin ‘yan, ano… kung siya nga ‘yong tinutukoy. Kung hindi naman siya, please disregard previous message,” Ogie said. He hopes this isn’t true because the sexy actress is doing well financially and career-wise, so Ogie believes there’s no reason for her to get involved in such a situation.
