Cristy Fermin believes Ricci Rivero is aware of the secret meeting between Daniel and Andrea
RICCI RIVERO – The basketball player allegedly seemed to be aware of the secret meeting between his ex-girlfriend, Kapamilya star Andrea Brillantes, and fellow artist Daniel Padilla.
In the latest episode of “Showbiz Now Na” on Monday, November 20, showbiz columnist Cristy Fermin recounted Ricci’s “dare” to Andrea’s friend, Bea Borres.
“Para bang ang laman n’on e sino ang nauna sa kanilang dalawa [Ricci at Andrea]…Reading between the lines para bang ang ibig sabihin ng basketbolista e ‘Ano? Magkakasama kayo hindi n’yo alam? Sino ba ang nauna sa aming dalawa?’ Parang ganoon. ‘Yun ang naglalaro sa utak niya [Ricci],” said Cristy.
She added, “At ito na nga, alam na alam daw ng kampo nitong si Ricci Rivero ‘yung lihim na pagkikita ni Daniel saka ni Blythe.” Rommel Chika, her co-host, commented, “Alam mo kung alam niya ‘yun at ‘di siya nagsasalita, napakabait ni Ricci.” Cristy agreed by saying: “Oo, oo. Na dapat noon pa niya ‘yun sinabi para mas makuha niya ‘yung simpatya ng publiko pati ng mga basher.”
But for the showbiz columnist, this issue can easily be resolved: the involved parties should speak up. According to her, this is something they should do out of concern for their followers because, she claims, their followers are the reason for their current success.
As of press time, there has been no official statement, response, or reaction from the involved artists regarding the issue.
The issue involving Daniel and Andrea began after Ogie Diaz claimed in an online show that a source informed him about the actor secretly seeing the actress. However, the talent manager-vlogger faced heavy criticism and was even labeled a “fake news peddler.” Recently, Kathryn Bernardo unfollowed Andrea on the social media platform Instagram. Conversely, Andrea unfollowed Daniel’s girlfriend on the same platform.
