Ricci Rivero Gets Asked If He Tries To Win Back Andrea Brillantes After Breakup

Ricci Rivero: “Siguro for the longest time, I was trying to not give up on the relationship”

RICCI RIVERO – Here’s what the athlete-actor said when he was asked if he tried to win back actress Andrea Brillantes after the breakup.

The basketball star opened up about his breakup with the actress in the 1st part of the interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda”.

During the 2nd part of the interview with the King of Talk, the athlete-actor said that he didn’t try to win back his ex-girlfriend after the breakup. He said that he was doing his best to try not give up on their relationship “for the longest time”.

While the basketball star did his part in order to make his relationship with his ex-girlfriend work, Ricci eventually got tired of fighting for their romance because “siguro sobrang puno na”.

“No. Kasi Tito Boy, siguro for the longest time, I was trying to not give up on the relationship. And sabi ko, for me to give up, siguro sobrang puno na,” Ricci told Boy Abunda.

The athlete-actor also said that he has no regrets about his relationship with his ex-girlfriend, but he’s hoping that the actress wouldn’t be upset upon finding out that he brought their relationship woes into the open.

Ricci said he’s hoping that Andrea wouldn’t be mad at him because he’s just stating his truth on what happened. According to him, what people would hear from other shows is her side.

The basketball star went on to tell the King of Talk that the effect of their breakup is too much for his family to bear.

In the same interview, Ricci pointed out that the actress supposedly received more sympathy during the height of their breakup.
