RENDON LABADOR – The so-called motivational speaker and businessman revealed that he spent 1.2 million pesos for the grand opening of his new restaurant.

Labador couldn’t help but express his disappointment after none bought a ticket (costs P2,000) for the grand opening of his new business venture, the Episode Bar + Kitchen. The said resto will held its grand opening today, March 25.

But according to the social media personality, nobody bought a ticket for the grand opening of his resto. He blamed the fans of Coco Martin for the turnout of ticket sales.

“Grabe, napaka sakit nito Pinag lalaban ko lang naman ang karapatan ng mga negosyante. Parang ako pa yung naging masama. Ano ngyayari sa Pilipinas,” he noted as the caption of his post.

Then, he revealed that he spent 1.2 million pesos for the grand opening of his resto. For the fine dining, he claimed to be spending 800K while 400K for the high end drinks.

He’s hoping that fans of the actor-director won’t take him personally. However, some netizens claimed that it was just his marketing strategy.

It can be recalled that in the past few days, Rendon had been making a buzz online due to his comments against Coco Martin, the lead star and director of FPJ’s Batang Quiapo. Labador was critical at Martin for allegedly transforming Quiapo as their shooting location which he believed affected the livelihood of those who are in Quiapo.
