Rendon Labador Reveals Coco Martin Offered him Twice to be Part of Batang Quiapo: “Kinukuha mo ako at 2x ako nag decline”

Coco Martin offered Rendon Labador twice to be part of Batang Quiapo

RENDON LABADOR – The so-called motivational speaker went to social media wherein he claimed that he was offered twice to be part of FPJ’s Batang Quiapo starring and directed by Coco Martin.

According to him, the production team of the Kapamilya series tried to negotiate with him in January to give him a role in Batang Quiapo. He requested a meeting with them to discuss how to fix their collaboration. However, he claimed that they were not corporate during the negotiation, so he did not pay much attention.

The production expressed interest in including him in the series for the second time. They did reach out to him, however, “wala silang maayos na direction sa role na offer pati sa story hindi organized, kaya hindi na ulit namin pinansin.”

Rendon Labador declined because he has too many important commitments to devote time to things that lack direction.. He stressed that the offer to him is “pwede yan sa mga taong walang ginagawa sa buhay at nag sisimula palang sa industry o kaya yung mga artista o celebrity na walang mga projects.”

The so-called motivational speaker stated that he was busy opening a chain of sports bars across the country. He maintained that he was professional during the discussion, but show business is a different story.

In the later part of his “open letter”, he reiterated his disapproval to transform Quiapo into a taping area of FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.

Here’s the caption of his post:

“OPEN LETTER TO COCO MARTIN!!!

Nag follow up sila ng second time at gusto daw nila ako i include, tinawagan namin sila at nakausap.

At ibang usapan na yan.

Then lets talk about business. #stayMotivated”
