JULIA BARRETTO – The actress was all praises for Diego Loyzaga, her leading man in the latest movie “Would You Be My Ex?”

Julia came from the prominent Barretto clan. She’s the daughter of actors Dennis Padilla and Marjorie Barretto. She’s the niece of actresses Claudine Barretto and Gretchen Barretto. Dubbed the “Drama Princess” of her generation by various media outlets, she has starred in several blockbuster films including: ‘Unexpectedly Yours’, ‘Vince and Kath and James’ and ‘Love You to the Stars and Back’.

Barretto rose to prominence after being cast in ABS-CBN’s Kokey, where she played the lead role of Anna Calugdan. She has been paired with several actors in the past including Enrique Gil, Iñigo Pascual and Joshua Garcia to name a few.

She was introduced as one of the Asap It Girls, alongside Liza Soberano, Janella Salvador, and Kathryn Bernardo at some point. Julia left Star Magic in 2020 to sign with Viva Artist Agency.

On the other hand, Diego is an actor, model, and video jockey. He is the son of actors Cesar Montano and Teresa Loyzaga. His showbiz career started at the age of 15 after he signed a contract with ABS-CBN. Meanwhile, the two stars in the movie “Would You Be My Ex?”. In a sideline interview, Julia was all praise for Diego.

“He’s wonderful. He’s a great person to work with. He’s such a gentleman. He’s really kind so napadali ang trabaho ng lahat because everybody got along so well. We really had so much fun while we were shooting,” she said.
