Promoter reveals Eraserheads reunion concert cost P275-M

ERASERHEADS – A promoter revealed that the cost of the reunion concert of the legendary OPM band.

It was on December 22 when the “Ang Huling el Bimbo” hitmaker held a concert at the SMDC Festival Grounds in Parañaque. Thousands flocked the venue to watch the historic reunion of the Filipino rock band.

In a report of Daily Tribune, one of the promoters revealed the cost of the said concert. According to him, the show can be compared to the concert of international stars. The promoter said that P275-M were spent in the reunion of Ely Buendia, Raymund Marasigan, Buddy Zabala and Marcus Adoro.

The promoter also revealed that Buendia received higher talent fee than his bandmates. One of the promoters of the concert is Kapuso actor Alden Richards.

Among those who made a special participation in the reunion concert of E-Heads is no less than Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano. The concert also featured an 18-piece orchestra.

The concert was mixed with technology following the surprise appearance of late Master Rapper Francis Magalona who appeared on the show as a hologram. According to the organizers, more or less 75,000 flocked the venue to watch the live performance of Eraserheads.

Meanwhile, the frontman of Eraserheads revealed in a recent Instagram post that the band may be up for a world tour next year in different countries such as Canada, Singapore at United States. As of posting, the organizers of the concert have yet to reveal how much they earned from the reunion of the legendary OPM band.
