MOIRA DELA TORRE – The hugot posted by the singer on the social networking site, Facebook has gone viral, garnering mixed reactions from the netizens.
Moira began her career in the show business as a voice artist, working on corporate jingles and themed songs such as McDonald’s and Surf. She later joined The Voice of the Philippines but was eliminated.
Moira’s career took off in 2016 when she sang Malaya, the theme song for the film Camp Sawi. Moira’s hit singles included Tagpuan, Titibo-tibo, Ikaw at Ako, and others.
It was on May 31, 2022, that Moira and her estranged husband Jason Hernandez announced their split after three years of marriage. Jason admitted that their breakup was due to his being “unfaithful”.
After being questioned about her link to a colleague, Moira issued an official statement a few days later. Moira did not name anyone she was associated with, but she did state that she did not cheat on her husband. In a separate interview with Magandang Buhay on June 6, she expressed her disbelief that her relationship with Jason would end in failure.
Meanwhile, it was just recently when Moira Dela Torre took to social media wherein she posted a hugot. In her post, she noted: “wag ka mapagod umasa.”
As expected, her post had gone viral. As of posting, it has generated more than 167k reactions, over 47k comments, and more than 98k shares.
After posting the hugot, Moira shared her latest song titled, “Aking Habangbuhay” as well as another hugot: “just because your past was broken doesnt mean your future has to be”.
