BEAUTY GONZALEZ – The actress is making a buzz online with her line on the teleserye, Mano Po Legacy: Flower Sisters about “party boy” politician.

Mano Po Legacy: The Flower Sisters drama series airing on GMA Network. The series is the third installment of Mano Po Legacy. Directed by Ian Loreños, it stars Angel Guardian, Thea Tolentino, Beauty Gonzalez and Aiko Melendez.

The series continues to make rounds online due to the line of Beauty’s character. In the first episode of the series, the character of Rafael Rosell (Julian) asks his wife Beauty (Violet) for P40 million as he expresses a desire to run for a government post. However, the latter was hesitant.

“[Y]ou don’t know anything! Anong alam mo sa pagpapatakbo ng probinsya o ‘di kaya small town? Wala kang experience! ‘Ni hindi ka nga nakapagtapos ng college dahil wala ka nang inatupag kundi mag-party,” she said.

Rafael comes from a political family (dynasty), which is common among those running for office in the Philippines. “Hon, lahat natutunan. Hindi mo kailangan ng diploma para maglingkod sa bayan. Ang kailangan mo lang ay sincerity, dignity at integrity,” Rafael’s character replied.

The line of Beauty Gonzalez continues to become the talk on social media. The said scene was reposted on various social media platforms such as Facebook, generating mixed reactions from netizens.

Meanwhile, Beauty whose real name is Christine Marie Luche Gonzalez-Crisologo is an actress from Dumaguete City. Her showbiz career started after she joined the reality show, Pinoy Big Brother in 2008. She was a long-time artist of ABS-CBN and one of her notable projects there was “Kadenang Ginto.”
