Lawyer lectures Janno Gibbs about tax
JANNO GIBBS – The singer-actor-comedian received a lecture from a lawyer about tax.
Janno Ronaldo Ilagan Gibbs is a singer-songwriter, actor, and comedian.
He started out in showbiz in the year 1986 as one of the members of the teen variety show That’s Entertainment which premiered on GMA Network.
He has several television shows like Eat Bulaga!, SOP, Party Pilipinas, Sunday All Stars, Nuts Entertainment, Ober Da Bakod and Beh Bote Nga.
But after being with GMA Network for 30 years, he decided to move to TV5.
In 2018, he transfered to Kapamilya Network and reunited with his former SOP colleague Regine Velasquez, and his long-time best friend Ogie Alcasid
Then, he moved to Net 25 for his comedy variety show Happy Time, with fellow comedian Kit Kat and Anjo Yllana.
Recently, he went to social media wherein he posted: “Bayaran na naman ng Tax. Buti pa mahirap, walang babayaran. Buti pa mayaman, maraming paraan. Kawawa middle class, walang takas. Buti nlang wala, akong trabaho. Buwis-et.”
His post became viral and among those who reacted is Nick Nañgit of NCN Law.

In the last part of his message to Janno, he said: “Syempre, hindi mo yan alam at hindi abot ng utak mo ang kaalaman na yan, kaya dakdak ka na lang ng dakdak, at baka sakali nga namang may maawa sayo at bigyan ka ng trabaho?!”
According to him, the singer-actor-comedian should look for a job.
Janno has yet to respond to the lawyer’s lecture.
