Nowadays, many people are doing their very best to get a stable job or engage in businesses to secure a reliable source of income. Most of them were even taking jobs just to earn money for the necessities of their family.
Several individuals were selling various types of goods and products just to ear. Some vendors forget to maintain the cleanliness of their workplace and products, which may pose risk to the health of their customers.
The Health Department usually monitors food establishments but failed to check small entrepreneurs selling food products due to the massive amount of food vendors trying to make a living.
The Facebook page “UTI Umibig Tapos Iniwan” has shared the video footage of a lady street vendor transferring cold water into plastic bottles in an unhygienic way. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that an elderly woman scoops cold water from a styro box using her bare hands and a plastic cup. She was transferring the cold water into plastic bottles, which were sold for public consumption.
Several customers went near to her stall and bought some bottled water. The customer probably witnessed the lady vendor’s disgusting method of preparing her bottled water products.
