NERI MIRANDA — The actress-entrepreneur shared that she bought a new rest house in the City of Pines and also revealed why she and her husband, “Parokya ni Edgar” frontman Chito Miranda chose Baguio as their second home.

Neri, a self-confessed “Wais na Misis”, is an entrepreneur, a loving wife to Chito, and a doting mom to her children.

She has various online businesses aside from running their rest house in Tagaytay. This includes a milk tea shop and a Korean restaurant in Cebu City, among others. Neri and Chito also owned a farm in Cavite as well.

On Friday, Neri unveiled her latest investment in the City of Pines which they acquired two months ago and christened “The HillSide House”.

Neri shared that with the help of a local interior design company, she looked forward to spending Christmas and New Year in Baguio. She also shared why she considered it a big milestone for her to buy another property after working hard throughout the years.

For 24 years, nangungupahan lang kami. Walang masasabing ancestral house kahit maliit, kahit nasa probinsya. Kaya palagi akong nagsusumikap kasama ng asawa ko, na makapag ipon para makabili ng mga bahay para sa mga anak namin,” Neri said.

Chito, for his part, shared the same photo and explained why he and Neri chose Baguio as their second home. According to him, Baguio is close to their heart and is one of their favorite places in the world.

The “Parokya ni Edgar” frontman also shared how his wife acquired the house in Baguio.

A few months ago, Neri started checking out different properties sa Baguio, and found this beautiful house right in the middle of the city and decided she wanted to buy it. She printed out a picture ng bahay, and posted it sa hallway namin as to constantly remind her na yan yung next goal nya,” Chito said. “After a few months, binili nya yung bahay sa picture.
