Robredo is gearing up for the highest position in the government this coming May 9, 2022 election.

Together with her runningmate, Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, they will go against the tandem of; former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza as well as Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.

Among those who have expressed their support to the presidential aspirant and her team are Kapamilya celebrities such as Sharon Cuneta, Kris Aquino, Angel Locsin and to name a few.

Adding to the list of Kakampinks or supporters of VP Leni Kakampinks or suppporters of VP Leni is no less than Nuelle Duterte, the cousin of presidential daughter Sara Duterte.

In a virtual meeting with some members of a Filipino-American community last April 10, Nuelle said she preferred to support the candidacy of Robredo and Pangilinan because of their “track record.”

To recall, it was just last year when Nuelle said that Sara was “incompetent” to become president because of her hot temper. At the time, the presidential daughter was rumored that she might run for president.

Nuelle has been vocal in saying that she’s ashamed to be part of the Duterte family.

But in 2019, Nuelle was arrested by the authorities for using a vehicle with a plate number with the face of President Rodrigo Duterte.
