Car Driver Nearly Hits Pedestrian for Failing to Slow Down
A car driver has garnered criticisms online after he nearly hits a pedestrian crossing the streets for failing to slow down.
Nowadays, road accident has been one of the most common traffic problems happening not only in the Philippines but also in various places all around the world. It usually leads to traffic congestions, injuries, and even death to involved individuals.
The national government is implementing stricter traffic policy to reduce the increasing cases of road and vehicular accidents but there are still lot of reckless drivers violating the traffic law, which could lead to accidents.
The traffic authorities also advised the Filipino motorists to take precautionary measures and drive carefully at all times.
The Facebook page “VISOR” has shared the video footage of a car driver who nearly hits a pedestrian crossing the street although he kept on blowing its horn. The video garnered various reactions from the social media users.
In the video, it can be seen that the driver blown its horn to warn a pedestrian that he would pass. The driver repeatedly blows its horn as he approaches the pedestrian but the latter fearlessly cross the road.
The motorists nearly hits the pedestrian for failing to slow down or press the brakes and release the accelerator on time. The pedestrian commits a violation for its reckless action but the driver also commits mistakes.
