Bob Ong backs Robredo
BOB ONG – The Filipino author took to social media wherein he expressed his support for the candidacy of Vice President Leni Robredo.
Robredo is gearing up for the highest position in the government this coming May 9, 2022 election. Together with her runningmate, Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, they will go against the tandem of; former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza as well as Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.
A lot of local celebrities such as Kris Aquino, Angel Locsin, Gary Valenciano and to name a few have already expressed their support for Robredo.
Adding to the list is no less than Bob Ong.
Ong is the pseudonym of a Filipino author known for his books such as “ABNKKBSNPLAko?!” and “Lumayo Ka Nga Sa Akin,” both had movie adaptations.
Recently, he went to the social networking site, Facebook wherein he expressed his all-out support for Robredo.
Bong Ong cited her accomplishments as the reason why he decided to support Robredo despite limited resources and intimidation.

Ong also praised Robredo, the lone female presidential candidate in the May 9, 2022 elections.
He also reminded the public to think carefully about who they will vote for in the coming polls by looking at the track record and performance during debates and interviews of the candidates.
His post is currently making rounds online garnering mixed reactions from the netizens.
