Korina Sanchez has a message to the congressmen against ABS-CBN.
ABS-CBN anchor and Rated K host Korina Sanchez took to the image-sharing platform, Instagram wherein she posted a message among congressmen who will vote no for the franchise renewal of the Kapamilya Network.
The 55-year-old broadcast journalist couldn’t help but become furious to congressmen who have been critical in the franchise renewal hearings of ABS-CBN.
She went to Instagram wherein she posted a photo of ABS-CBN CEO and President Carlo Katigbak embedded the latter’s statement.
“Wala mang mapatunayang violations, nagpapakumbaba ang pamunuan ng network at umaamin na wala namang kumpanya na perpekto. Wala. At bukas ang network sa pagtutuwid ng hindi perpekto. Lalo naman na hindi perpekto ang mga kongresista. Kung walang mapatunayang violations, at nagpapakumbaba parin ang network executives, ipagkakait parin ang franchise renewal at isasarado parin ang ABSCBN? Di kaya sila kidlatin ng langit?” she wrote.
Korina Sanchez’s post has generated thousands of likes and mixed reactions and comments from the netizens.
“Hahahaha karma will come …. Maybe not now but someday,” Instagram user kenjiebooy commented.
“May paglalagyan yung mga kongresistang biased. Di na kinilabutan magsabi na patas daw yung imbestigasyon nila. Susme,” cerseilestrange wrote.
“Andaming sinilip na hindi naman kaugnay sa franchise issue para Lang hindi sila magmukhang tanga!,” aura_gail noted.
It was on May 4 when the ABS-CBN franchise expired.
On May 5, the operation of network TV and radio stations nationwide was suspended due to a cease and desist order by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).

That trial was unfair and biased. Mostly na sense ko mga personal interest lang nila. Dapat pinakinggan din ang resource persons involved in the investigation at ang taong bayan.
