VP Leni Robredo’s Mother Now in Hospital, She Seeks For Prayers for Her Mom
VP LENI ROBREDO – Vice President Leni Robredo is asking for prayers for her mother as she is now in a hospital.
Currently, the person who is sitting in the second top-most government position in the Republic of the Philippines is a woman – Vice President Leni Robredo.
Leni is the wife of former Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jesse Robredo. It was in August 2012 when the late DILG Secretary passed away in a plane crash.
Reportedly, it was a mechanical problem that led to the crashing of the plane carrying the late DILG Secretary. He did not survive the accident – leaving his wife, Leni, and their three (3) daughters behind.
In 2016, Leni Robredo was the bet of the Liberal Party for the Vice Presidency. She was declared as the winner in the election run but her victory is currently still contested by former Senator Bongbong Marcos.
Currently, the Vice President is taking turns on being a public servant, a mother and father of three (3) daughters, and a daughter to a sick mother.
VP Leni Robredo recently took to her Facebook account a request for prayers for her mother. According to her, she rushed home to Naga yesterday afternoon for her mom “who turned for the worst”.
The Vice President is seeking the public’s prayers that her mother will make it through. Here is her Facebook post:
