Bongbong Marcos & Liza Gets Special Commemorative Doll From Jollibee

BONGBONG MARCOS – President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos received a commemorative doll from Jollibee.

President Marcos was delighted to receive a doll and a letter from the well-known Filipino-owned fast food chain, Jollibee, following a meal with First Lady Liza Marcos. Subsequently, he shared a photo on his official social media platforms, joyfully showcasing the presents while sporting a relaxed attire of a white t-shirt and shorts.

“Thank you, Jollibee, for proudly representing Filipino warmth and hospitality worldwide! You spread joy to our kababayans wherever they are. We wish you more success, both here at home and around the world,” Bongbong said in his FB post.

In a letter dated April 23, Jollibee conveyed its happiness, expressing delight that the First Couple had chosen and enjoyed “a jolly delicious dinner.”

“We wish to convey our sincere appreciation on behalf of the whole Jollibee organization. Thank you, Mr. President, and the First Lady for choosing joy,” the letter read, a copy of which was also shared by Marcos on Facebook yesterday.

“As a token of our gratitude, please accept this humble gift – our Jollibee doll representing over 45 years of our journey – symbolizing our commitment to provide great-tasting food and to become a proudly-Filipino global brand,” the company said.

On April 21, BBM shared a photo on Facebook showing himself and Liza enjoying well-known Jollibee dishes like ChickenJoy, palabok, and Champ.

The President noted being “inspired” to dine at the famous Filipino fast food establishment after seeing New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon visit one of its outlets in Manila during his recent official visit to the country.
