Speaking of which, the celebrity pediatrician Dr. Richard Mata earlier expressed his frustration on social media towards pages that promote gambling. “Pages na nagpopromote ng sugal don’t really care for their followers. They only care for their pockets. Winawasak nila ang kaisipan ng mga Pilipino. Tigilan niyo yan!” he wrote.

They encourage excessive betting and deceive followers into thinking they have better odds, disregarding the harmful effects of gambling addiction. These vloggers consider themselves superior, manipulate followers with displays of wealth, and lack genuine concern for others despite claiming otherwise. They view their followers as servants, and their collective influence can significantly impact a country’s mindset.
