Francine Diaz’s Mom Appeals for Respect from Orange and Lemons

Mother of Francine Diaz asks for respect from Orange and Lemons

MERDICK SAENZ DIAZ – The mother of Francine Diaz issued an appeal to the band Orange and Lemons for respect following an incident at an event in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, on May 1, 2024, where the band walked off the stage.

In a Facebook post that has since been deleted, Mrs. Diaz attributed the confusion at the event to one of the band’s associates, specifically mentioning a woman with red hair. The issue arose when Francine was unexpectedly called to the stage, prompting the band to retreat backstage. Mrs. Diaz explained that there had been a prior agreement to have Francine appear earlier than scheduled, criticizing the event’s organization and timing in her post.

Additionally, she addressed critics, urging those who are uninformed about the situation to refrain from adding to the confusion and advising them to speak directly with the woman in question to understand how they were disrespected by her and their manager.

From the event staff’s perspective, the confusion was attributed to a miscommunication involving the actress’s manager who requested that Francine perform earlier without properly informing everyone involved.

The staff adhered strictly to the instructions given, which led to the surprise and eventual chaos at the event.
