The house of Jericho Rosales and Kim Jones in QC has been listed for sale
JERICHO ROSALES AND KIM JONES – The house formerly shared by the now-separated couple is reportedly on the market after the recent announcement of ending their decade-long marriage.
In the latest episode of Ogie Diaz’s Showbiz Update on YouTube, it was mentioned that their home in Quezon City is currently listed for sale. Diaz stated, “Ang alam ko, for sale na ang kanilang bahay sa Quezon City para mapaghatian na ang proceeds nito if ever.”
Additionally, the talent manager revealed that the model-TV host, Kim Jones, is expected to reside in New York, while Jericho Rosales will remain in the Philippines. Diaz mentioned, “Si Kim Jones sa pagkakaalam ko, maninirahan na ata sa New York. Si Jericho naman ay single solo solo muna siya [dito].”
The separation was officially disclosed by the couple’s godfather, Ricco Ocampo, in an ABS-CBN statement on January 31. Ocampo emphasized that despite the separation in 2019, Jones and Rosales remained friends and parted ways amicably. He mentioned, “While the friendship between the two remains, they have decided it is time to lead separate lives. They are encouraging each other to grow, albeit in different directions. It was a mutual decision, an amicable separation, dealt with grace and maturity by both parties.”
Ocampo expressed gratitude on behalf of Jones and Rosales for the time spent together and the continuous support from their fans. He also mentioned their commitment to ongoing collaborative work, with a film scheduled for release this year.
Despite the separation, the former couple continues to interact on social media, leaving supportive comments on each other’s posts on Instagram. Recent posts by both parties suggest that there is no animosity between them. The couple initially met in 2011 and got married in 2014.
