Claudine Barretto: “Personally speaking, 11 years na talaga akong walang boyfriend, walang date or anything.”
CLAUDINE BARRETTO – The Optimum Star recently shared the reason why she chose to be single for 11 years.
The award-winning actress is one of the stars in the upcoming Kapuso primetime series “Lovers/Liars”. Joining her on the series are Rob Gomez, Polo Ravales, Shaira Diaz, Kimson Tan, Michelle Vito, Christian Vasquez, and many more.
At the grand media conference for the upcoming series at the Luxent Hotel in Quezon City, she admitted that it was her choice to be single for 11 years.
Claudine shared that she has no boyfriend or date for 11 years, adding that her children are her priority. She also said that it was her choice not to have a romantic relationship for a long time.
Although some guys attempted to, the Optimum Star shared that they were intimated since it wasn’t her priority.
“Personally speaking, 11 years na talaga akong walang boyfriend, walang date or anything. Kung mapapansin niyo wala din naman talagang nachichismis sa akin. So talagang yung kids ko ang priority ko,” she said. “Meron naman nagpaparamdam, pero siguro na iintimidate sila and siguro nakikita nila kasi na hindi yung ang priority ko.”
The actress also said that she’s not closing the opportunity if someone catches her attention, adding that she values a partner who loves her children above all. She also believes that when it’s really for her, it will come to her for a lifetime.
But when Claudine was asked if she’s willing to be friends with his ex-husband Raymart Santiago again, she said, “Hindi possible.”
