Here’s the message of Ricci Rivero to basher wishing death upon his family
RICCI RIVERO – The basketball player turned to social media wherein he exposed and slammed a basher wishing death upon his family.
Ricci Paolo Uy Rivero is a professional basketball player currently playing with the Phoenix Super LPG Fuel Masters in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He began his collegiate basketball career with the De La Salle Green Archers. In 2018, he departed from the team to focus on Gilas Pilipinas and later joined the University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons.
Apart from his sports career, Rivero has delved into acting, appearing in various films and television shows. His personal life has been under public scrutiny, with confirmed relationships, notably with actress Andrea Brillantes and more recently with beauty queen and politician Leren Bautista.
Recently, he took to social media to expose and confront a basher who had wished death upon his family. Rivero posted a screenshot where a certain Graham Smith Matias expressed: “Etong pamilya ni Ricci Rivero dinadamay pa si God sa mga pinag sasabe nila. Kunin mo na nga sila God para matahimik na mga yan.”
Ricci Rivero responded by slamming the basher, saying: “If you think wishing death for my family makes you noble, i think your fascination with showbizness needs some serious reflection Mr. Magna Cum Laude of PUP.”
Meanwhile, it was on October 21 when Ricci Rivero publicly confirmed his relationship with Leren Mae Bautista through an Instagram post, expressing their decision to no longer hide their love and affection. In the comments section, his parents, Ruzcko and Abigail, showed their support. Ricci’s father expressed prayers for the couple and advised them to care for each other, love, respect, and prioritize God in their relationship. Meanwhile, Abigail defended Ricci and Leren against accusations, suggesting a past toxic relationship.
