Jeric Raval to Aljur Abrenica: “Basta ‘pag ayos ka na, wala ka nang problema, pakasalan mo ‘yung anak ko”
JERIC RAVAL – The veteran action star said that he wants actor Aljur Abrenica to marry his daughter, actress AJ Raval.
The veteran actor is set to star in the upcoming much-awaited remake of “Maging Sino Ka Man” alongside actor David Licauco and actress Barbie Forteza.
Jeric appeared on Wednesday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” where he opened up about having a conversation with Aljur Abrenica.
In an interview with Boy Abunda, the veteran action star said that he spoke to Aljur when he and AJ were still starting their relationship at that time. He shared that he asked Aljur if he was already separated from his wife Kylie Padilla.
Jeric also said that he told Aljur to fix himself first before marrying his daughter, adding that he reminded Aljur that his daughter is still young. The two also had a conversation about their relationships with Senator Robin Padilla — Aljur’s father-in-law and Jeric’s friend.
“‘Yung biyenan mo (Aljur) kaibigan ko eh. Ano kayang sasabihin ko sa biyenan mo pag nagkita kami? Baka sabihin kinukunsinti ko kayo,” Jeric said.
In the same interview, the veteran action star recalled the time when he was invited to watch his daughter’s movie. The actor shared that at that time, he walked out of the cinema when the love scene was approaching.
It can be recalled that Senator Robin Padilla Robin confirmed that his daughter Kylie Padilla and actor Aljur Abrenica were already separated in 2021. Kylie and Aljur have two sons named Alas and Axl.
In an interview on Toni Talks uploaded on YouTube last April, Aljur admitted that he cheated on Kylie. But AJ Raval denied that she was the third-party in their relationship, saying that their relationship started after Aljur’s breakup with Kylie.
