Aljur Abrenica: “Ina-admit ko ‘yun, may pagkakamali ako”
ALJUR ABRENICA – The actor admitted that he cheated on his estranged wife, actress Kylie Padilla, and also revealed the reasons why their marriage didn’t work.
The actor made the revelation when he was directly asked during an interview with actress-singer Toni Gonzaga about his alleged infidelity.
Toni Gonzaga released a 17-minute “Toni Talks” episode on her YouTube channel last April 2, 2023 titled “Aljur Abrenica Reveals Why His Marriage Didn’t Work”. The said video already has 418,000 video views as of this writing.
In an interview on “Toni Talks”, Toni asked Aljur for a reaction about people thinking that their marriage fell apart because he cheated. He responded by admitting that he did something wrong.
“Yeah, totoo naman, totoo naman ‘yun. On my part, oo. Ina-admit ko ‘yun, may pagkakamali ako,” the actor said, who is visibly shaking during the interview.

Aljur then told Toni that his “biggest mistake” as a partner was in failing to spend time with Kylie and their two children, Axl Romeo and Alas Joaquin. According to him, he and his ex-wife did their best to save their marriage but it didn’t work.
The actor also said that he has to accept the fact that he and his ex-wife are not together anymore and they can’t go back to how they used to be.
