The motivational rice of Rendon Labador is now priced at only P50
RENDON LABABDOR – The so-called motivational speaker revealed that there is a special menu called the “secret menu” at Episode Bar + Kitchen, where the price of his famous motivational rice is now half of what it used to be.
Previously, the Filipino staple known as “motivational rice” at Episode Bar caused controversy because it was priced at P100 per cup. However, this time, he has reduced the price of motivational rice by half. He stated that he is doing this for the Filipino people.
The video, created by food and travel vlogger Manuel Olazo, also featured Rendon discussing the “secret menu” at his restobar. He explained that this was part of their original plan since Episode Bar is located in an area of Quezon City that is not considered high-end. Rendon believed that it would be contradictory to open a high-end restaurant in a non-high-end location.
Rendon expressed that the secret menu was their way of further serving the community where the bar is situated. He mentioned that having a secret menu was necessary to allow more people to try their good food.
However, he clarified that the high-end menu still exists alongside the secret menu, which offers more affordable options for those who cannot yet afford the high-end dishes. He emphasized that they didn’t remove the high-end menu because it serves as motivation for people to strive for what they deserve in life, which is the core of their advocacy.
