Leren competed in Mutya ng Pilipinas 2015 and won the title of Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific International 2015. She went on to represent the Philippines at the Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2015 pageant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she emerged as the winner.
She represented the Philippines at the Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2015 pageant held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Outshining 56 other contestants, she was crowned the winner. She also participated in the Binibining Pilipinas 2019 pageant and was crowned as Binibining Pilipinas-Globe 2019 by her predecessor, Michele Gumabao.
