A customer at Jollibee NAIA Terminal 3 shares their unpleasant encounter with a rude crew

JOLLIBEE NAIA TERMINAL 3 – A netizen took to social media to share their unpleasant encounter with a rude crew at the fast-food restaurant.

The customer named Ellehcar Enna chose Jollibee for dinner due to their fondness for the restaurant’s chicken, since they were accompanied by several children. However, when she requested seven glasses of water, they were met with disdain from the crew members.

One crew member, a girl, mockingly questioned if everything was free while laughing, displaying a sarcastic attitude. The customer, perplexed by the crew member’s response, voiced her concern to the cashier and inquired if she was not allowed to ask for water. The cashier apologized, attributing the crew member’s behavior to tiredness, which left the customer feeling unimportant and neglected.

Furthermore, when the customer sought the manager to address the issue, another crew member intervened, pretending to be the manager, adding insult to injury. The manager eventually called the two crew members, but they remained defiant and refused to apologize.

The customer expressed disappointment at encountering such rude behavior, emphasizing that politeness should be a core value in the customer service industry. She also highlighted the frustration of dining at the branch, especially considering its location within the airport. The incident left her and her group with a lost appetite and a tarnished perception of Jollibee.

The customer also called on Jollibee Foods Corporation to take appropriate action regarding this incident, as such behavior could damage the brand’s image. She urged the company to address the crew’s attitude to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for future customers.
