Anjo Yllana Reveals He’s Given a Job by Jinggoy Estrada at the Senate

Anjo Yllana now works at the Senate under the office of Sen. Jinggoy Estrada

ANJO YLLANA – The actor revealed that he was given a job by Senator Jinggoy Estrada at the Senate.

In the face of unemployment and uncertainty in the showbiz industry, Anjo sought help from Sen. Jinggoy to find some form of employment. He was not disappointed as the senator offered him a job in his office in the Senate. With few current projects in TV and movies, and while waiting for new projects from Viva Films, Anjo needed to find other work to sustain his daily needs.

Anjo openly admitted in an interview with Gorgy Rula on DZRH last Sunday, April 30, that his job at the Senate was only enough to provide him with his daily meals. However, he was grateful for the everyday work and the opportunity to reconnect with Senator Robin Padilla, whom he had a falling out with in 1993. Due to their feud, Anjo had to move to Parañaque, and although they were not enemies, they had not spoken since.

Anjo recounted that when he saw Robin at the Senate, he was surprised by the actor-turned-senator’s warm greeting. He even encouraged Anjo to run for senator. Anjo said that he is only interested in running for a local position, but he was happy to see that Robin still believed in him. According to Bandera, Anjo is now happy to have reconnected with Robin and considers him a dear friend.
