Boss Toyo: “Medyo nagkamali ako dun. Sayang kikita sana ako.”
BOSS TOYO – The entrepreneur and content creator admitted that he regretted not buying the item that was first offered to him earlier this year.
He, who is known for buying showbiz mementos from celebrities that he’s collecting for a museum he plans to open soon, was launch as the brand ambassador of Skincare Depot.
In an exclusive interview with PUSH during his launch as the Skincare Depot brand ambassador, he revealed the biggest item he regrets not buying when it was first offered to him earlier this year.
According to him, he regretted not buying Daniel Padilla’s luxury sports car – an orange Chevrolet Corvette.
It can be recalled that Daniel reportedly put his luxury sports car up for sale last January and offered it to Boss Toyo for PHP 6 million. However, Boss Toyo admitted he had to make a judgment call to take in such a big purchase at that time.
“Medyo nagkamali ako dun. Sayang kikita sana ako. Kasi nga malaki yung puhunan,” he said. “Kasi hindi ko rin naman kaya bilhin lahat. Akala nila mayaman na ako. Pero hindi ganun yun. Hindi talaga ganun yun. Talagang lahat pinaghihirapan ko para mabili ko yung mga gamit na yun.”
Boss Toyo also admitted that he’s not into cars and he won’t be able to sell it right after buying it. The said vehicle has since been sold to a buyer who is based in Angeles City, Pampanga.

In the same interview, he revealed that one of the items in his wish list is from one of his biggest idols in the entertainment industry, Vic Sotto. According to him, he wants to buy the costume that Vic Sotto used in “Lastikman”.
“Gusto ko nga yung (costume) kay Lastikman kasi bossing Vic yan, idol ko yan,” he said. “Kung may bossing Vic, gusto ko magkaroon ng boss Toyo na maging prominent na household name. Siya yung tinitingnan ko kasi, yung charisma niya sa tao.”
