BOY ABUNDA X CAYETANO – The King of Talk and the Cayetano siblings will collaborate in the newest “sumbungan ng bayan” program.
Former Senator Alan Peter Cayetano and his sister, incumbent Senator Pia Cayetano will join force for the “Cayetano in Action with Boy Abunda.” The trailer of their upcoming show was posted on social media platform, Facebook and it generated positive feedbacks from netizens.
“Nakaka-excite naman ito, isa sa masasandalan ng bawat Pilipino na hindi gaano kaalam sa batas at kakampi sa mga nasa katwiran,” one netizen said. “Maganda itong palabas na ito para mas maging aware tayo sa mga batas,” another netizen commented.
However, in the TikTok account of “CIA with BA”, some netizens couldn’t help but compare the upcoming television show to Face to Face of Amy Perez that aired on TV5 in 2010. It is said that the upcoming show may have the same concept with the defunct show that originates the “barangay hall on-air.”

There were also netizens saying that may be like Raffy Tulfo in Action (RTIA), the public service program of the neophyte senator that airs online via YouTube and is one of the most subscribed channels in the country.
Meanwhile, “Cayetano in Action with Boy Abunda” is set to air this coming Sunday, February 5 at 11:30 PM and it will premiere on GMA 7.
Boy Abunda is formerly a Kapamilya host but has returned to his home network, GMA 7. Aside from his new show with the Cayetanos, he’s also hosting his own talk show, “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda”.
