CAMILLE ANN MIGUEL – The fiancée of singer Jovit Baldivino talked about the singer’s last days at the hospital.

Baldivino, a former siomai vendor, rose to fame when won the first season of “Pilipinas Got Talent” in 2010, taking home P2 million. He is known for singing “Mahal Pa Rin” and “Faithfully,” which earned him the moniker “Next Super Star.”

After his PGT stint, he became part of the short-lived musical series “Idol” with Coco Martin and Sarah Geronimo. In 2012, he appeared in “Growing Up” alongside Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla.

On Friday, December 9, passed away at around 4 a.m. at the age of 29 due to a brain aneurysm. Prior to that, Baldivino was rushed to the Jesus of Nazareth Hospital in Batangas City after he experienced difficulty of breathing after performing at a Christmas party.

He subsequently suffered a mild hemorrhagic stroke and became comatose after an operation. He never regained consciousness and eventually died due to a brain aneurysm.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News, his fiancée Camille Ann Miguel talked about his last days at the hospital. According to her, “hindi siya nag-reresponse nga e, pero pag kinakausap ko siya tumutulo ang luha niya.”

She said she kept on reminding Jovit not to sing as per the advice of his doctor. She also denied that the singer collapsed while performing. Watch the report in the video provided below:

Meanwhile, the wake of the singer will be open to the public for 24 hours. His relatives, friends, and fans may visit their home in Batangas City, to pay their final respects. The family has yet to finalize his funeral arrangements as of this writing.
