Jovit Baldivino’s Partner Laments the Singer’s Death

Following the death of Jovit Baldivino, his partner posted messages of grief

CAMILLE ANN MIGUEL – The partner of the first-ever Pilipinas Got Talent winner Jovit Baldivino lamented the death of the singer.

Jovit died on Friday, December 9 at around 4:00 a.m. at the age of 29. His death was confirmed by his brother Gil Baldivino as well as his partner Camille.

On Facebook, she lamented the death of the singer by posting a photo of her along with the singer. It was accompanied by the caption: “ASAWA KO (crying emojis).”

In another post, she wrote: “ANONG SAMA NG PAPASKO MO SMEN (crying emojis).”

Prior to his death, his partner clarified that Jovit did not pass out at a party on December 4, 2022. This was after Ronilo Dagos, a correspondent of Abante reported that the singer allegedly collapsed at a party in Batangas City.

“He’s in the hospital right now, we’re asking for prayers, not fake news. Wala naman po akong ibang hiling kundi prayers para sa asawa. Nakakasama lang po ng loob na pinalalala ng fake news ang sitwasyon niya,” she previously told PEP.ph.

Jovit Baldivino rose to fame when he emerged as the first-ever winner of Pilipinas Got Talent in 2010. In 2011, he won the GMMSF Box-Office Entertainment Awards as a Promising Singer/Performer.

He also ventured into acting and has starred in a couple of shows such as Growing Up and Juan Dela Cruz alongside Coco Martin. After being involved in a series of controversies, he lied low from showbiz but still continue doing gigs and shows.
