Lawyer reacts on complaint of Ogie Diaz about the price of “sardinas”
TOPACIO VS OGIE DIAZ – The prominent lawyer reacted to the complaint of the talent manager-vlogger about the price of “sardinas.”
It was just recently when Diaz took to social media wherein he complained about the price of “sardinas.” In a tweet, he wrote: “Juice ko, 23 pesos na ang sardinas ngayon. Di bale sana kung kasama na ang ulo ng isda. Sad, no?”
His post generated reactions from the netizens and among those who reacted is Atty. Ferdinand “Ferdie” Topacio. He said: “Saan ka nakatira. Padadalhan kita ng ulo ng isda.”
Ogie has yet to issue any response to the statement of Topacio. Aside from “sardinas”, Diaz also complained about the alarming number of mendicants in the streets as well as government officials who prioritizes “sumipsip sa nakatataas sa kanila kesa tuparin ang kanilang tungkulin.”
Meanwhile, many are getting burdened by the continuous increase of basic commodities including meat and vegetables. Some believe that the inflation rate has something to do with the surge in the price of goods. On the other hand, President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. said that they are focusing on how to slow down inflation in the country especially as Christmas is approaching.
“Once again, we are always very conscious of the inflation rate because this reflects the cost of living of ordinary people, so that is still a great concern to us. But we have created the jobs, we have started the growth and that will pull us out of the debt situation that we are in,” Marcos Jr. said.
