A video of a man doing push-ups in the middle of the road while it was raining quickly went viral

Meanwhile, netizens were blown away by a video where a topless man could be seen doing push-ups in the middle of the road in Manila while it was raining.
It was on September 28 when a certain Vince Lambert Ferrer took to social networking site, Facebook wherein he posted a short video of a man doing some pushups in the middle of a busy street.
In the video, the man can be seen wearing only shorts.
Even though it was raining very hard, the man was in the middle of the road and was still doing pushups. It happened along Pedro Gil in Manila, where many cars pass by.

The video has garnered more than 455,000 views as of posting.
Some netizens argue that the man might be under the influence or something.
