Pinoy Teacher Who Was Rejected at Private School in PH, Finds Job in Thailand w/ 10x Salary

A Pinoy teacher named JeraldRen Ferrer has been rejected at a private school in the Philippines but was able to find a job in Thailand that pays 10x more.

A Facebook user named JeraldRen Ferrer has shared his experience after he was rejected at a private school in the country and finds a teaching job in Thailand with a bigger salary. The post garnered various reactions from the netizens.

Ferrer narrated that he applied for a job at a private school in the Philippines knowing that he will only earn P7, 000 to P10, 000 per month. He was also asked to prepare various stuff for the demo and prepared for it.

Unfortunately, the unnamed school rejected his application after finding mistakes in his lesson plan. The guy felt disappointed and rejected because of his defeat but continue his dream to become a full-fledged teacher.

JeraldRen send an application online to become a teacher in Thailand and was accepted the following day. He is now earning around 20-25k baht or around P40, 000 regular monthly pay.

Aside from his teaching job, he also accepts tutorials as his side job. He usually earns around P60, 000 to P70, 000 per month from his side job. He also enjoys fun trips because he doesn’t have a lot of paper works unlike in the Philippines.

1 month ko na sahod sa Pinas, 4 days ko nalang kinikita dito sa Thailand.

Hindi ko nilalahat, para ito sa mga kapuspalad tulad ko na nangangarap. Minsan kahit gaano ka kasipag at Kahit magkanda kuba-kuba kana sa kakatrabaho sa Pinas, ang hirap padin umusad.

Don’t settle for less. Baka May Malaki din nag aantay sayo. Sipag, tyaga, diskarte at pananalig yan puhunan ko.”
