Bongbong Marcos Commemorates His Late Father’s Birthday W/ Mass at Libingan ng mga Bayani
BONGBONG MARCOS – President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos marked his late father’s 105th birthday with Mass at Libingan ng mga Bayani.
Ferdinand “Bongbong” Romualdez Marcos Jr. commonly referred to by the initials PBBM or BBM, is a Pinoy politician. He is the 17th and current president of the Philippines.
BBM previously served as a senator from 2010 to 2016. He is the 2nd child and only son of late president Ferdinand Marcos Sr. and former first lady Imelda Romualdez Marcos.
Today, September 11, marks BBM’s late father’s birth anniversary. On this day, the president joined members of his family in commemorating the 105th birthday of Ferdinand Marcos Sr. with a Mass at the Libangan ng mga Bayani in Taguig City.

In his speech posted by Radio Television Malacañang on FB, Bongbong Marcos expressed his gratitude to all the people who joined them to celebrate the birthday of his father.
“I would like to on behalf of the Marcos family, to thank you all for joining us to commemorate once again the birthday of President Ferdinand Marcos Sr…”
“Muli ang pasasalamat ko ay hindi lang para sa araw na ito ang pasasalamat ko ay sa taon-taong hindi niyo kami iniwan at sa taon-taon ninyo kaming sinusuportahan,” he added.
PBBM also called on Pinoys to keep his dad’s dreams, wisdom, and love for the country alive.
“It is the rebirth of not perhaps the physical body of Ferdinand Marcos Sr., but it is the rebirth of his dreams, of his wisdom, of his love for this country. So let us keep that flame alive,” he said.
“It is reborn. Let us keep it strong and fight. And let us guide through all that we do in the future in the service of our beloved Filipinos,” Bongbong added.
Based on a report from Inquirer, aside from PBBM, the mass was also attended by his mother Imelda Marcos, other members of the Marcos family, relatives, close friends, and former members of the Presidential Security Group (PSG).
