Here’s the reason why Maegan Aguilar joined the talent search, Bida Next on Eat Bulaga
MAEGAN AGUILLAR – The daughter of Anak hitmaker, Freddie Aguilar, revealed that she and her dad are not on speaking terms.
Freddie whose real name is Ferdinand Pascual Aguilar is a famous Filipino folk musician who is considered one of the best musician-songwriters in the country.
He is behind the hit songs; “Bayan Ko”, which became the anthem of the opposition against the regime of Ferdinand Marcos during the 1986 People Power Revolution and “Anak”, the best-selling Philippine music record of all time.
He started to perform in public in the year 1973 when he worked at the Hobbit House in Ermita, Manila.
It was in 2019 when he ventured into politics, however, he lost in the senatorial election after placing 30th.
Freddie Aguilar has four kids with his first wife named Josephine Queipo.
One of his children is Maegan. Like her father, she’s also a singer.
It was just recently when his daughter joined the talent search, Bida Next that airs on Eat Bulaga.
According to her, one of the reasons why she joined the show is that she wanted to see her eldest son named Zane who is now 16 years old and is currently in Houston, Texas.
She later revealed that she and her dad were not on speaking terms.

Freddie Aguilar has yet to issue any statement about the revelation of his daughter Maegan.
