COCO MARTIN – The Kapamilya star announced that FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano is finally coming to an end after almost seven years.

Ang Probinsyano is an action-drama series based on the 1997 film of the same name starring Fernando Poe Jr.

It first aired on September 28, 2015, and has become the longest-running drama series on Philippine television with more than 1,500 episodes as of posting.

It premieres on Kapamilya Channel, Cine Mo!, Jeepney TV, A2Z and TV5. The series is also streamed online via iWantTFC, TFC IPTV and Kapamilya Online Live. It is also aired internationally through The Filipino Channel on cable and satellite.

It starred some of the famous actors in the country including late actress and FJP’s wife, Susan Roces.

Finally, after almost seven years, the top-rating series is coming to an end.

Coco Martin himself that the series is down to its last three weeks at the end of the July 22 episode.

Based on its teaser, the finale of the series is dubbed as “Ang Pambansang Pagtatapos.”

In the teaser, Coco thanked the viewers who supported them since day one.

In his short message aired on the show’s last part tonight, Coco thanked the viewers who remained loyal viewers of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano since 2015.

“Mga Ka-Probinsyano, dumating na po ang oras. Ang programang minahal ninyo ng pitong taon ay nalalapit na po ang pagtatapos,” he said.
