Reunion of Yilmaz Bektas with his daughters
YILMAZ BEKTAS – The ex-husband of Ruffa Gutierrez reunited with her daughters Lorin and Venice Bektas after 15 years.
Ruffa’s showbiz career started in the year 1980s under BMG Films. In the early 1990s, she became part of German Moreno’s That’s Entertainment variety show.
She then ventured into the world of pageantry. She has been crowned Binibining Pilipinas World 1993 and Second Runner-up to Miss World 1993.
Ruffa Gutierrez is the daughter of Eddie and talent manager Annabelle Rama.
In 2003, she married Yilmaz Bektas, a Turkish businessman. They had two children, Lorin Gabriella and Venezia Loran or Venice. They announced their separation through a joint statement on May 8, 2007.
After being apart for 15 years, Yilmaz finally reunited with his daughters Lorin and Venice.
Their reunion at the international airport of Turkey became emotional.
Yilmaz gave a tight hug to his daughters with his ex-wife Ruffa Gutierrez.
Ruffa took to social media wherein she posted a video of the reunion of Lorin, Venice, and Yilmaz.
“The greatest love story of all time is between a father and his daughters. A beautiful and heartwarming reunion after 15-years of being apart,” she wrote as the caption with the #NewBeginnings and #TogetherAgain.
Her post has gone viral garnering reactions from the netizens with some leaving in tears.
Ruffa Gutierrez considered Yilmaz as her greatest love. It was during the pandemic when they talked about their past and their daughters.
