A couple from Abra unlocks a relationship goal, graduating as Magna Cum Laude
RELATIONSHIP GOALS – A couple from Bangued, Abra graduated as Magna Cum Laude last June 10.
Relationship goals are things that a couple aspire to or wanted to achieve in their lifetime as couple whether as wedded or in a boyfriend-girlfriend romance.
Among the goals that couples usually wanted to achieve are to finish their studies, find a job, buy a house, build a home, travel, and to name a few.
But a couple from Abra achieved something that every couple should be proud of.
A certain Bonifacio B. Tumalip Jr. graduated as magna cum laude with the degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in Divine Word College in Bangued while his girlfriend Magda Ria M. Piedad also finished as magna cum laude with the degree in Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Major in Araling Panlipunan, at the same school.
According to Piedad, there is no problem in having a boyfriend or girlfriend while studying as long as that person becomes an inspiration.
The two have been in a relationship for three years since they met at their own school. As a result, they became partners when it comes to their studies.
“May own weakness and strength po kami na magkaiba so kung ano po ang kahinaan ng isa, ‘yun po ang tinutulungan para mapunan… Kapag may mga subject ako na mga math at nahihirapan ako, nagpapa-tutor po ako sa kanya at ganoon din siya, kapag may mga essay na kailangan i-submit ay pinapa-tsek niya,” Piedad said.
