The national government is implementing stricter traffic policy to reduce the increasing cases of road and vehicular accidents but there are still lot of reckless drivers violating the traffic law, which could lead to accidents.
The Facebook page “VISOR” has shared the video footage of a counterflowing car that immediately escaped after hitting a poor motorcycle rider in the opposite lane. The video garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that a black vehicle counter flowed as it tried to overtake a tricycle in the lane. However, the car driver recklessly overtakes at a blind curve and accidentally hits a motorcycle rider in the opposite lane.
The incident reportedly happened along Canumay, West Valenzuela. The video has been posted by a netizen named Paul Valenzuela. The latter is currently seeking help from the online community to locate and identify the suspect.
