North Korea is a country led by a dictator, Supreme leader Kim Jong-un. It has been involved in wars and conflicts throughout history.

On the other hand, Russia is a country led by President Vladimir Putin. The country is currently drawing its forces against Ukraine.

To recall, it was in the early hours of February 24 when Russian President Vladimir Putin declared war against Ukraine via his State of the Nation Address.

In his statement, Putin believes that the leading members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) particularly the US was threatening to take over Russia.

NATO is an alliance of European and North American countries established to promote peace.

Led by the US, NATO- aimed to protect Western European countries from the threat of the Soviet Union and combat the spread of communism after World War II.

Meanwhile, a netizen is making a buzz online after she compared Davao City with North Korea and Russia.

In a tweet, a Fritzie Bayrante (@FritzieBayrante) said: “I’ve been to Davao City. Ramdam ko yung tension, mahirap ipaliwanag. Siguro ganun ang feeling kapag nakarating ako ng North Korea or Russia. Parang may engkwentro palagi na mangyayari.”

“Tapos yung mga Muslim area, segregated sa non-Muslim. And mas maraming sundalo at pulis sa Muslim area,” Bayrante added.

Her post earned the ire of some netizens and among those who reacted is no less than Philippine Information Agency Director General Mon Cualoping who hails from Davao City.

After her tweet went viral, Bayrante apologized to the people of Davao who did not like what he said.

But according to her, she is only telling about her personal experience.

She also criticized the “trolls” who insisted that her story was just invented.
