Lady Netizen Expresses Disappointment for Receiving P77 13th Month Pay After Firm Deducts Customer’s Credit to Her Salary
A lady netizen has expressed her disappointment after her company deducted its customer’s credit to her 13th-month pay.
A Facebook user named Syra Blanqueza Baloloy has shared the photos of her 13th month releasing form after the company deducted the customer’s credit to her account. The post garnered various reactions from the netizens.
Baloloy narrated that she resigned last March 15, 2022, and returned to the office last April 12, 2022 (Tuesday). She received her 13th month pay last Monday (April 18) but got surprised because it only contains P77.
Syra said that the company deducted her customer’s credit to her 13th month pay. The lady employee is supposed to receive an amount of P3, 161.52 but the firm deducted the client’s debt worth P3, 084 to her last salary.
The female worker got surprised after receiving such an amount for a 13th month pay. Syra explained that she was just following the company’s protocols. She took the receipt after the salary deduction has been imposed but the company take the receipt.
The woman also revealed that the receipt does not contain the company’s name. She is seeking help from the online community and advice for legal actions. The ex-employee said that she used to work 18-20 hours per day with no overtime pay.

“ASKING FOR HELP!!!
Nag Resign po ako MARCH 15, 2022 and Bumalik po ako sa Office ng APRIL 12,2022. So kahapon lang po para kunin yung 13mos ko kaso nagulat po ako Dahil 77 PESOS nalang po makkuha ko.
Tanong lang po kung TAMA po bang Kinaltas sken ng COMPANY yung CREDIT ng Customer na wala po akong alam na ikakaltas nila sken and Naabutan ko na po yung customer na yan is 1 UP 1 DOWN na. So hindi po ako nag decide na pautangin yung Customer na yan dahil naabutan ko pinapautang nila yan. So that time ako na po yung Agent na naka assign sa area na yan kaya kung anong rules dyan is sinunod ko nalang po kase yan nga po yung naabutan ko. Nakakabigla lang po kase 1st time kung kkuha ng 13mos na ganyan lang amount. And kahapon kinuha ko yung resibo ng customer para ako nalang maningil kaso kinukuha nila sken yung resibo, for what dba po? Eh nakaltas na po nila sken yan and TAKE NOTE ON GOING pa po yung order sknila ng Customer and Hindi po nag CLOSE ang STORE!!
I dont know why kung bakit WALA silang NAME NG COMPANY SA RESIBO NG MGA OMOORDER SAKNILA, Pati sa RELEASING FORM NG 13MOS KO AND LASTLY SA PAYSLIP NAMEN BUT I HAVE ID NAMAN PO NILA KATIBAYAN SKNILA NGA AKO NAG WWORK!!
Yun lang sana po masagot niyo po tanong ko dahil 1st time ko lang po maka encounter ng ganitong Company na kala nila NABILI NILA PAGKATAO NG MGA EMPLEYADO NILA.
